She is still on the vent, but they took her off the sedation and her eyes are open! They are going to try to take her off the vent in an hour, I am so excited! However, she is awake and seems to be really confused (of course) but I am just so excited to see her eyes open.
She also has sinusitis, which is the infection, and why she had the fever. And she has some hospital bug, we have to wear gloves and gowns in the hospital. I can't remember the name of it, but it showed up in one of the cultures. And her white blood count is down to 19! Yay! Oh and she has a mild case of pancreatitis. But things are looking great.
